About the project
A corporate leader in commercial real estate advisory services, John Means came to EJA and Say It Gracefully to create a special brand around attainable housing in D.C. - Rooted Communities. The brand needed to be uniquely reflective of Washington, D.C., broad enough to reflect real estate development nationally, and brand messaging that captured the purpose-driven nature of the brand.
