This F&B New York brand was expanding to Austin, TX and opening a new coffee to cocktail venue on the Eastside. Freehold hired EJA to help develop a corporate partners program with benefits, sponsor opportunities, brand activations, and an overall strategy for expanding into Austin. This included a SWOT analysis and competitor landscape summary.
