About the project

CBRE, a leading real estate company in America, was the premiere sponsor for the P3C Public-Private Partnerships Conference in March 2024 in Dallas, TX. CBRE and its broker partner, OMS Strategic Advisors, needed a robust case study booklet to provide to its client, Dallas County, as part of the event and story. The case study booklet featured 15 project summaries from the past 10 years across government, retail, and private real estate development projects and deals.
